Rossco’s is a family-owned cafe, bar and grill built on local roots and heartfelt memories. Co-owner Stuart Garbutt named the venue after his late father, Rossco, who owned the Tufnell Road property in Banyo for more than 40 years. The old family property has been reimagined into a vibrant local hangout where great food, drinks and atmosphere come together in a space designed for connection.  The Aussie lifestyle menu celebrates fresh, simple flavours with plenty of share plates, tapas-style bites and generous dishes made for lingering with friends and family.
